After work tomorrow we are headed to the beach through Monday. I can't wait! I've been working extra days so I'm looking forward to relaxing for a couple of days. It won't be long and I won't be able to do that for quite a while. (Which by the way I can't wait for that) Trey and I have been going to a Childbirth Preparation Class on Tuesday nights. It's interesting to say the least!! I'm more nervous now than I was before I started but I just have to keep reminding myself that women have been giving birth for centuries so I can handle it. Have a good weekend!

Update
This past weekend, I took Mollie and Beasley to my parents house at the lake while Trey was fishing. I had to work Saturday and Sunday but just drove in from the lake. I was a little hesitant to take them as it was the first time Beasley has been "set free" since his ordeal began. To cut to the chase, he did GREAT!! I can't even begin to tell you how happy it made me to see him running around, jumping off of the dock and swimming as normal. I had a feeling that being around all of his "cousins" and in his favorite place ever that he may perk up and do well, but I was still nervous. You see, the dogs go absolutely crazy when they are up there. I love that. I believe it was just the therapy he needed. Ever since we've been home he's back to normal, he doesn't even limp anymore!!! This morning we went on a good, long walk around campus and went full speed. You have no idea what a weight this has lifted off of my shoulders. It was great to see my parents and as a bonus, my brother, sister-in-law and their two boys and dogs were there too! It was so much fun to see everyone.

Thanks Grammie!
Grammie (a.k.a. my mom) has finished Anne Morgan's bedding! She did a beautiful job. Here are a few pictures. In the next few days and by Memorial Day there should be a lot more finished and I'll add more pictures of the room then. The pendant light came in yesterday, hopefully we can get it hung tomorrow. Happy Weekend everyone!

4D Pictures!
Yesterday Trey and I had our 4D ultrasound of Anne Morgan. Originally it was scheduled for last Thursday but that was the day of the flood in Montgomery and they made us leave. It was worth the wait though! It was such an amazing experience. It is truly unbelievable to see what God has created inside of me, words cannot describe it. We got some great video and a lot of great pictures. She was moving around and even stuck her tongue out at us several times! It was hilarious, I have already watched the video a couple of times again since I have been home. I can't wait for her to get here so I can hold her and kiss those sweet lips!
I LOVE this one! Check out that smile!!Sunday, May 10, 2009
Happy Mother's Day!
Happy Mother's Day to everyone out there! I love my mom so much, I wish I could be with her today. As usual, I'm working instead. We are going to get to have lunch together on Wednesday though to celebrate. She is such an amazing mom and does so much for me and many others. Love you mom!
Speaking of my mom, she is working hard on Anne Morgan's bedding. I think she said she'll be finished this week perhaps! I am so excited. I got a sneak peak at the bumper pad and I LOVE it! I'll post pictures of it as soon as I can...that is assuming my camera decides to work again. I don't know what is going on with it right now. Anne Morgan's room is coming along now though. I have finished painting, I even painted all of the trim! I guess the nesting instinct is in full force because normally I wouldn't subject myself to that torture. Don't get me wrong, I love painting rooms, always have, but the trim is another story! Trey and I set up her crib last night and I really like it in the room. The dogs have enjoyed her room too! I find them in there all of the time. :)
Trey and I have been feverishly getting things moved from Montgomery to Auburn. We're not finished yet but we're getting there. Friday night was our first night to stay there. We haven't moved our bed yet because we are looking for a new one and would rather have it delivered and just have to move the mattress. For now we are sleeping in the guest room!
I hope everyone has had a good weekend. The weather sure has been nice. I wish I could have spent the weekend at the lake, the beach or at a pool. Instead we're moving and working inbetween! I'll add some pictures of the new dig when I can. We now have tv and internet up and running in Auburn (that is an entirely separate ordeal to explain...try sitting at your house from 7:45 AM until 7:15 PM with Charter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on your day off!!!!!!) so I'll be able to update more frequently. Especially now that we have wireless internet again after our modem in Montgomery died about 6 weeks ago.
