Mother's Day

I still can't get to the beach pictures but here are some from my first mother's day. We went to the Auburn baseball game and it was a perfect day for baseball! Enjoy!

Ugh!!! Well, it will be a while longer on the pictures. Unfortunately I already downloaded them to my computer and deleted them from the camera. NOw the charger to the computer is fried and the computer is dead. I'll have to order a new power cord so I can't do anything with any of the pictures until it comes in. UGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know we've been missing for a while. We worked our butts off two weeks ago on the yard and then spent last week at the beach. We've got to play catch up around here and then I have hundreds of pictures to download and sort through to share with all of you. We had a great week. Hopefully by the end of the week I can have some pictures added. I also have some sewing projects I need to finish up before I have time to blog!

In the meantime, Anne Morgan has her first two teeth and is beginning to walk! She's not walking yet but she can take two steps, it won't be long! Oh, and several weeks ago we had her 9 month checkup, I think she was about 23 lb and 28 1/2 inches long!

Day of Firsts!

Well, there has been a lot going on around here lately. We are in the middle of a major yard renovation. That is for another day and another post. But in the midst of the chaos and work, little miss priss has experienced some firsts. Yesterday, when we woke up we realized she has cut her first two teeth! Yep! Finally, at 9 months (can you believe that by the way, she's 9 months old!) her first teeth are coming in. They are just through the gums so you can't "see teeth" yet, but they are there. She has handled it like a champ. You would never know she is teething.

She also went "swimming" in the back yard. The neighborhood pool, the lake and the ocean are too cold to get in just yet so we decided to get a $5 pool for the patio so this little water baby could have some fun.

Here we go! I'm ready....

To celebrate further (getting teeth, that is) we took our first trip to TCBY! She LOVED it (of course!!)

And last night, we took her to her first baseball game. When we were at the ticket booth a foul ball landed right beside us so she already has her first ball!

Now, back to work. We'll have some before and after pictures to post when we finish. Wish us all some luck! I also have more pictures of Anne Morgan to add, she is standing on her own for a long time these days, we are waiting on her first steps to come before too long!

Videos

Well I've figured out the new video camera so it should be a lot easier. Here are a couple of recent videos.

For a little over a week now, this is what AM does at her afternoon nap. She plays and plays and plays until she eventually can't fight off the sleep anymore. We eventually have to go in and put her down on her stomach b/c it can't be comfortable!

The second video is AM's favorite thing to do at Grammie and Pop's. She LOVES that horse! She does the bouncing all by herself. I guess it looks like she'll be getting one of her own for her birthday!

Happy Easter

What a beautiful Easter it has been. We started our day with early church and what an amazing service it was. We love our church home. We had a couple of friends over for lunch later in the day and since have been catching up on some rest.

We have been awfully busy around here. Sorry for the absence. I wish I could promise to do a better job keeping up but I can't. We have a lot more on the schedule coming up. We've had visitors and been visiting. Unfortunately these pictures are about all I have. AM is fully on the move these days and hard to keep up with! We went to Grammie and Pop's for two days last week to see Aunt Brittny, Christopher and Sophie. Apparently all of the pictures were on everyone else's cameras. This is all I took. One morning. Sophie wanted to go upstairs to get AM up and then got in bed with her. They are so cute together.

We went to Montgomery a couple of weeks ago to spend the night with Grandaddy, Gic and Chelsi. This is all I took.
Earlier that week Trey's grandparents and parents came to visit for dinner. Once again, all I took. I need to get better about taking pictures again. Unfortunately little miss AM requires both hands most of the time! She is so much fun. But definitely a handful.

She still loves her bath! Trey has more of these on his phone and we need to download them. Speaking of downloading, we have quite a few videos, maybe we will get to that later tonight or tomorrow. Hope you've had a great Easter. I'll do my best to keep up on here!
