New favorite...

There isn't much to this but I just wanted to jot down that we have found a new favorite food for little miss picky. CRAB LEGS! Yep! We went to Red Lobster last night with Trey's sister and her boyfriend. Chasidi and I each ordered crab legs. I ordered AM popcorn shrimp. I wasn't sure if she would eat it but I really thought she might...bite sized and fried. Nope! Chasidi let her try a piece of one of her crab legs and she gobbled it up. We couldn't give it to her fast enough. It's nice to find something that she likes and is also really good for her. Someone noted that she would be an expensive date, to which her daddy replied, "GOOD!"

On another note, HAPPY THANKSGIVING. I hope each and every one of you has a wonderful time celebrating and giving thanks. We will be. We will but up and down the roads for 4 days. I pray that we all have safe travels.

And you didn't think I'd let you go without a WAR EAGLE did you? Anne Morgan is working on her cheer. Now it's "boarrrr hey!" Sometimes she tries to figure out the eagle part but it still needs some work.

Oh boy...

Anne Morgan just disappeared into her room and was awfully quiet.
I snuck back there to see what she was up to.

She pulled down the basket with her diapers and started throwing them everywhere.

Then she decided to put them back in the basket.

It must be pretty fun b/c now she's doing it again after cleaning up. Oh boy!

Time to Brag

...on YOU Anne Morgan! You have completely given up your paci!!!! I'm sure if you saw one you would want it but so far you haven't seen one. You have made it two full days and 3 nights now and I am so so proud of you. Not once at bedtime have you fussed. I think you were just so worn out you were just ready to get to sleep. The first two nights we tried to keep you up a little later (about an hour) and wear you out. Last night you couldn't hardly make it to your normal 7pm bedtime. I was nervous to put you down that early (Daddy was working late and I was so tired but figured I was in for a long evening) but you kept rubbing your eyes and ran to your room when I suggested "nite nite". Sure enough, you just wanted to go to bed. Naptime is a little more difficult but it's not that bad. Yesterday you actually fell asleep in the car on the way home from errands and lunch...without a peep. I could not be more proud of you. You are such a big girl!

Last night you had a fun bubble bath. That was one of my "tricks". I wanted you to play in the tub for a while. Here are a few pictures...

I LOVE YOU!!!

SEC West Champs!!

There is no question who we pull for around here. We LOVE our Auburn Tigers and are so proud of them this year. 11-0 and 3 to go!Anne Morgan is even catching on. I noticed a couple of days ago that whenever I would say "War Eagle" she would say "hey!" I didn't teach her to do this, she just picked it up on her own. Such a smart little one :). I took a video of it this morning, warning: you may want to turn the volume down. My voice is really loud!

And we don't just care about football either. We went to the inaugural basketball game Friday night at the new Auburn Arena. It is such a great venue. Our team is going to have to fight this year to win some games but they will have our support. We will be there cheering them on every game this year. I didn't take the big camera with us b/c we had enough to carry with AM since we weren't taking the stroller. I wish we did have a pic from the first game but I'm sure we'll get plenty more from the first season. War Eagle!

On another note, last night we thought we would just see what would happen if we put AM to bed without her paci. She fussed for more than 5 minutes, but less than 10. She didn't go to sleep for about an hour I don't think but she did go to sleep and slept all night. Now the question is how will today go. Wish me luck!

A Fun Day with the Cousins

Yesterday Anne Morgan, Mollie, Beasley and I headed over to my parents house for the day. My sister, Brittny, and her kids came up from Florida for a few days to visit. We haven't seen them since July so we went over for the day.

As you can see, fun was had by all. There is a lot to do with Grammie and Pop.

The girls are so cute together but it was hard to get a picture of the two both looking at the camera, not to mention smiling.

They had so much fun playing with their babies.

Christopher was busy building a tower.

Then it was time to bring in the crane to tear it down. I just can't get over what a big kid he looks like!

I should have taken pictures of the awesome crane that Christopher and Pop
built together in the shop. It was so cool! Oh well, next time.

Anne Morgan enjoyed the porch. She sat in the chair and looked at magazines
while the big kids painted.

An exciting moment at Camp Wag-A-Tail (a.k.a. Grammie and Pop's)...Anne Morgan's
first ride down the driveway on a plasma car.

The plasma cars have become a huge deal when the grandkids come. They have a blast, to say the least. They ride them for hours (and hours...and hours...) and go way to fast!!! Anne Morgan has just had to watch up to this point but now she has officially taken a ride.

And I think it's safe to say she enjoyed it!!

When everyone stopped she wanted to figure out how to do it all by herself.

We had so much fun yesterday and there were so many funny moments. It's too hard to type them, and if I did they still wouldn't be as funny. Guess you'll have to come and experience Camp Wag-A-Tail for yourself one day. :)

One last thing...

We are "ALL IN" and supporting you 100% Cam! War Eagle! (I'm even considering wearing a #2 jersey tomorrow...never been a fan of jerseys on anyone other than little kids but really thinking about it!)

Sneak Peek...

We just walked in the door from a fantastic trip to Fairhope with my mom. We drove down yesterday, shopped, ate and spent the night (which I can't even begin to tell you how amazingly AM handled sleeping in a hotel room for the first time...I'm still in shock) all to wake up and have AM's pictures taken this morning (and do some more shopping this afternoon). It was a beautiful morning. We had such a great two days together. I've never been to Fairhope and I'm now hooked. I look forward to many many more trips back. I absolutely fell in love. Here are a few pictures from the session. The rest should be ready by the end of the week. Enjoy! Oh, and yes that is a bow in her hair!!!!!!
